Monthly Condo Owners Association Dues are $125
Items included in the monthly
condo owners association dues:
- Exterior
Maintenance - All exterior
building maintenance is included in the monthly due.
- Grounds
Maintenance - A contract
is in place with a local landscaping firm to mow the lawn,
fertilize, seed in the fall and prune shrubs and trees
as needed. The cost of this contract is included in the
monthly dues.
- Lighting
- Electricity for all exterior lighting, including parking
lot lighting is included.
- Trash
removal - Weekly trash removal from the dumpster
is included and recycling bins will be available.
There is no additional fee for this service!
- Exterminating
- Quarterly exterminating is included as a preventative
pest control measure.
- Insurance
- The premium for fire/hazard insurance on the structure
(the building itself) is included. The condo owner
need only insure his or her personal possessions.
- Alarm
Monitoring - Instrusion alarms are standard
in every condo. These are monitored 24 hours a day
by Network Multi-Family Services. A bedside alert
is also included in each condo. The fee for the
alarm monitoring is included in the monthly dues.
- Amenity
Access - Monthly due cover access to the
Amelia Village swimming pool, jogging trail, playground,
picnic areas, car care center and fitness station!
